VS .NET IDE Compare Versions error

When I try to do a "Compare Versions" on a file within the VS .NET IDE (vault 2.0.2), I get the following error:

Diff application d:\program files\sourcegear\vaultintegration\vault_vs2002/sgdm.exe could not be found

I'm guessing the forward slash before filename is causing a problem. Didn't find it searching the registry; any suggestions as to where to change this value?

1) log into the vault client
2) from the menu - tools -> options
3) go to the diff / merge section
4) edit the info for diff program
