Valut 4.0 Connectivity Issues

I've just performed a clean install of Vault 4.0 to eval. Connectivity via the web admin interface appears to drop about every 30 seconds or so.

The Application Pool is not set to automagically recycle.
IIS is set for 30 minute session time out

The server is:
2.26 GHz processor
3GB RAM
16 GB C:
60 GB D:
Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition
All latest updates applied, incl. SP2
Running IIS6
.Net 2.0

the log shows what appear to be fairly constant login attemps, but does not show restart of the service itself. A sample of what I'm seeing is:

I can work around this by checkign the 'Remember Login on this Machine' but the entries still show in the log.

Now, I haven't seen this constant login prompting when using the client, but then I wouldn't necessarily expect to either.

Could you send an email to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) with a link to this post? I'll then go through your set-up more thoroughly with you to see if we can identify what's causing the problem.

Also, can you put your Vault server into debug mode to see if gives more information? That setting is in the Admin tool. You will need to perform an iisreset at the command line after doing that.

And finally, can you check the event viewer on your server to see what errors are being logged there?
