Is there anyway to avoid getting the "This file has been modified outside the source editor" prompts after check-ins when using the VS2005 client?

This is a known issue, and we are looking into ways to reduce or eliminate this.

I downloaded the trial version today, and experienced this problem.
I'm sorry to say that this is a show stopper for me. I need to work with large solutions (up to 100 projects) and Visual Studio takes several minutes to load the solution each time.

This is highly annoying, and fixing it is a priority.
It should only be reloading after a file that has changed is checked in. So the whole solution would need to be reloaded only if a change to the solution file itself was checked in.
