Look at the spelling error in your screen shots, such as the Item 39 status:

Assginee, Attachement, etc.

It's in the PDF (white papers) too

I would be embarrassed if my business showed that kind of quality assurance failure! Surely more than one person has looked at this product during development? Any sort of beta testing would have identified these embarassing issues.
