Vault Client regularly freezes

I'm having rather extreme problems being able to use the Vault client in anyway.

Others in the development team do not appear to have problems, however no matter what I try my client continues to freeze and lockup randomly when making transactions. The same issue occurs across different machines.

Are there any log files I can review to try and work out the problem?

Have there ever been reported any issues with Vault running over high latency links? I'm based in Sydney, Australia while the Vault Server is on the East Coast US, some 250ms away -- a long shot but I'm stumped for explanations for this problem.

You can turn on Client Side Logging for additional information on your end.

Do you have access to the Vault Server Log? Lining up these two logs should help narrow down the issue. If you want you can either post the logs here or email them to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) and include a link to this post.

Are any others working remotely as well, or are the rest internal to the network?

To provide a bit more information on your environment, can you go into your Vault client and select Help - Technical support and copy the information from there and either post it or send it?
