Vault 4.0 Licensing

I believe Vault 3.x offered a free license to a single developer. Does 4.x not offer this feature anymore?

Both Vault and Fortress are free of cost when used by a single user. Simply install the software and do not enter any serial numbers (license keys) at all. When no license keys are present, Vault and Fortress behave as if there is exactly one license available.

Is this not working for you in Vault 4.0?

Ah OK, perfect. When I ran the web admin it said no licenses were installed and I didn't want to install a trial license.
