Thank you, why this link doesn't exist ON the license page I'm not sure, it sure would help. Don't think we know the ins and outs here of licensing, we get our license and move on. Thank you for your rapid reply.

That's a really good point. Putting that information directly in the licensing page would really help. During the publishing to the web site, the link to the gold support upgrade page was lost from the release notes, but that will be corrected shortly. Thanks for all of the feedback.

While on the topic, if I upgrade our license to 4.0 is there anything preventing us from continuing to use 3.5?

Vault 4.0 licenses will work in Vault 3.5. You can upgrade Vault or you can just hang on to the 4.0 licenses until you are ready to upgrade.

What about if i purchase the upgrade for existing 10 users, how much should i pay for the maintenance of this 10 users?

I want to correct something I posted earlier. Vault 4.0 licenses *do* work in a Vault 3.5.x Server. If you have Vault 3.5.x and need additional licenses, you can buy 4.0 licenses and add them to the 3.5.2 Admin Tool.
