When I add a project from source control it doesnt download the files. Using vs 2003 in the solution explorer I see all the files but with a warning icon next to each one. When I click on the file it says it does not exist.
I am using version 3.5.2 sourcegear vault. Please help.
Add project from source control issues

Was this project previously under source control? If so, you need to unbind from the previous source control.
Is it a website? If so, those are opened in a different manner.
Does this project have a solution file?
Basically, the binding isn't currently happening. To ensure your connection to Vault is working, can you open up the Vault GUI and verify that you can check out and edit and check in files without using the IDE integration?
How many tiers or subprojects are in this?
Either way, you will want to unbind it now so that you don't have the previous attempts at binding in the way. Go to File - Source Control - Change Source Control and click unbind for all parts of the project.
