Get "Lable" will crash

I found a problem that SourceOffSite client will crash easily if I get "Lable". Both v4.1.2 and v4.2 of SourceOffSite client have this problem. I only can get source code successfully by using "Get Latest Version".

Can you tell me the version of the VSS automation component that is being used? First look up the path for the ssapi.dll that is being used (more info here: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=1510) and then go to that path and file on disk and select properties and go to the version tab.

Is analyze being run regularly on the VSS database? It's best to run it from the command line and to use the fix option.

What happens if someone performs a get on a label in VSS?
