Server Crash

We had a server crash a few days ago and our hosting site had to rebuild the C drive (where vault was located). I am now getting this entry in the log:

----5/1/2007 11:07:00 AM --()-- Could not load connect string. There is probably an error with the encrypted password for the sgvaultuser database user. Contact technical support at http://support.sourcegear.com

Pleas help

How was the server rebuilt?

I think performing an uninstall and reinstall of the server (keeping the database) should take care of that.
