Operation Failed

Hi All,

I am getting the message operation failed while downloading the fils from SOS. Can any one give me the suggestion so that i can solve the problem.

Was SOS working before that?
What version of SOS are you using?
Can you perform a download on a smaller number of files or just one file?

Can you get a server log to me? Either post here or send it through to support at sourcegear.com and please provide a link to this forum post as well if you do that.
