Vault Integration with VB6.0

How do I get my VB 6.0 projects to integrate with Vault.
Note: I am currently using Vault Client 3.16.

I recall I had to add a line to myvb.ini file. The line I added was vbscc=3. But this had no effect.

I also, after launching VB 6.0 I went to Add IN Manaager but I did not see an option to add in Source Code COntrol.

Please advise.

Two more things.
I am on Windows XP Service Pack 2.
I am on VB 6.0 service pack 2.0
