If you restored a database, you'll need to restart the Vault Server or IIS (iisreset.exe). Also everyone will need to restart with a new Client Side cache by removing the correct CacheMember_Repository and CacheMember_LastStructureGetTime. If you're using Vault 3.5.2, then moving and deleting can be done in either place. If you're on a previous version of Vault, then I'd recommend the Vault GUI.

FWIW, the directions I outlined are used when you restore a backup in which the client and server would have different caches based on committed transactions.
