VaultAppPool terminates Unexpectedly

I'm seeing the VaultAppPool terminate on a regular basis.
It prevents offsite developers from checking in/out files.

System-wise nothing changed other than a security patch from Micrsoft, KB925902.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Are there any errors in the Windows Event Viewer that coincide with the restarts?

Anything in the Vault Server log?
