Moving Folder from one repository to another

Is it possible to move a folder from "Repository A" to "Repository B" with all the history and what not?

Yes. Vault 3.5.x supports folder export and import between repositories or other 3.5.x databases. Folder Export/Import preserves folder and file history.

How is this done? I am currently an admin but can't find a way to do this as well as I can't find anything about it in help.

Vault 3.5 supports folder export and import. There is a special tool for this, called VaultFolderExportImport.exe.

It is included in the Vault GUI client and the Vault Admin client directories. There is also a separate help file, called ExportImport.chm.
