Unable to Access Vault User Cache Folder

One of our Vault users started getting the following error:

Could not find file "C:\Documents and Settings\mohammedz\Local Settings\Application Data\SourceGear\Vault_1\Client\ED36A470-71F8-4DFE-B3C3-AFA14ADE590E\mohammedz\_sgvault\941250834\260456.626536".

Reboot or client reinstall did not resolve issue.

The _sgvault folder is where baseline files are stored. Looks like baseline is missing. Have you tried doing a Get latest to fetch new baselines for your files?
