How Do I Know if I Have Gold Support?

A couple of years ago, I bought Vault for a client. I bought a gold support subscription for them, but I don't know if they've kept it up. Now I'm working for them again, and the first thing I want to do is upgrade to the newest version of Vault. How can I tell if they have gold support?
