At first glance I love the new VS2005 IDE integration. I was testing some things with my solution and I deleted a file from the solution. When I went to "Checkin" from the solution tree, it commited my changed to the project, but did not display my deletion of the file.
In the external IDE I could see that the deletion generated a delete of the file from source control. Which was cool, however I could not commit that change from withing VS2005.

Looks like this is a bug.
The workaround is to commit the delete from the pending change window. Note that you have to specifically select the deletion (with or without other changes selected), right-click, and commit from that menu. Clicking "commit all" from the pending change window has the same issue.
