After rename, file cannot be checked out or retrieved

Vault 3.5.1.4786, from GUI client.

After renaming a couple of files, they now seem to be stuck. I can't retrieve them, delete them, check out or anything.

It's complaining that it can't find it although it is listed on the GUI.

Note we have renamed files many times in this repository, even this folder without any problems.

Another possibility: the client-side cache is out of sync. Close any open clients and delete the client-side cache:

That's it. If I click 'Rename' then I can see that the current name has a trailing space.

But I can't do anything about it.

Any fix?
