Upgrading From Vault 1.1.2 (708) to Vault 3.5

Since I have taken over duties for source control administration from another individual, I really need to get up to speed with how Vault works and if an upgrade from 1.1.2 (708) is even possible.

Our old administrator had most of the information regarding Bowne's contract with SourceGear and I do not know if I can get all of the information from him in a timely fashion.

I do not know how many licenses we purchased from SourceGear or if we have a Gold Support contract. I have many other questions as well.

Can someone give me contact information for a representative at SourceGear that would allow me to review Bowne's current contract?

Yes, it is possible to upgrade Vault 1.1.2 to Vault 3.5.x.

We don't have contracts for Vault, though users do buy Gold Support, which provides free upgrades for a year.
