Commit All operation failed, vault freezes

Hello:
Today morning we are having a serious problem with vault, I have run Merge Branches. When all the process is done, I have pressed commit all button. Believe me, everything stopped working in vault on all the machines, within a minute all developer(20 odd) reported that vault is dead. It is not doing anything.

I have to close the vault client from the task manager, and started it after 5min or sometimes do a iisreset. Then its working, but still I am unable to commit the operation. Please respond ASAP.

What error message do you get when you try to commit?

nothing, vault just freezes. No operation at all. When you try to reopen immediately, its take more that 5 min, and then throws and error message as time out.

But, my question is why vault is not allowing me to do a commit all operation.

Can other uses commit?

I'd like to know the exact error on the client side and I'd like to see a copy of the sgvault.log file that covers the time of the attempted merge.
