I can not get filelist with version number and label name

from GUI 4.2 client and can not do it from Command Line client too.
How I can do it? Thank you in advance.
I can get by /Show History/Report from the project
Name User Date Action.
I can see the label name in the Action field of the CSV report but if the file is pinned the Action field is not filled by label name
How I get the solution?

I tried to reproduce this and couldn't, but perhaps I'm not following the same steps that you did.

Are you trying to get a history report on a file with the label names?
I tried this with a pinned file and it showed all the lanel actions. I was using "Show History" in the SOS 4.2 GUI Client, then saved the report as .csv.

I also did a -Getfilehistory command with the Command Line Client and it showed the label names, even though the file was pinned.

If you did something different let me know. Also, screenshots might help.

We may have different configurations. What version of SOS Client and Server are you using?

Also, what version of the VSS automation component is the SOS Server using? Here's how to find out:

Our environment with database is:

SourceOffSite Server v.4.0.2
SourceOffSite Client (recommended) v.4.0.2 I use v.4.2
VSS automation component v.6.0.96.4

there are several errors in the event log at our XXXXXX server… May be this is somehow connected to the issue?

It seems GetFileHistory from comommand line returns label feild but SHowHistory/REPORT from GUI returns another field - Action. And for pinned file feild Action does not have the label value

I wasn't able to reproduce this with SOS 4.2 client and 4.0.2 server, either.

Could you post or email me a screenshot of the Show History with the missing Action? Or send me a copy of the History report? Maybe I'm misunderstanding something.

I'd also suggest upgrading your SOS Server to 4.2 (it's a free upgrade). We don't recommend using mismatched versions of client and server. We've also fixed several bugs since 4.0.2.
