Working Folder Keeps Changing!!!

Background:

VS2005 Team Edition
Resharper
Vault 3.5.1.4786 (client and server)

Repository structure:

$/application/
$/application/lib/
$/application/src/
$/application/src/project1/
$/application/src/project2/
...

My working folder is "\My Documents\code\application\" with everything inheriting down the tree.

Problem:
This happens so freakin' much!

Some or all of my projects begin to think that their working folder is "$/application/src/src/project/" instead of "$/application/src/project/". So, I have to reset the working folder on the root of my application directory. This only helps for a couple hours and the problem is back.

What the heck is going on here?

So you want your tree that's in Vault to be reflected on disk I'm assuming. Does the tree in Visual Studio match that as well?

Are you setting the working folder in Visual Studio or in Vault?

Yes. The tree is reflected on disc but, no necessarily in VS as the projects in $/application/src/ belong to different solutions.

I usually set the working folder in the Vault client but, have tried to rebind through VS too with the same results. The working folder with be correct for awhile and then, out of nowhere, it's changed!

It's very annoying for me and dangerous for my other team-mates.

When working with Visual Studio, one is going to get better results by having Visual Studio set the working folders. Visual Studio is really the one in control and it just sends commands to Vault, so you are probably fighting what Visual Studio wants to set for the working folders.
