Downloading Project Tree hangs

I am having difficulty downloading project tree.
It appears to have "hung"
As a client, I have successfully logged on and validated my certificate.

Any assistance very appreciated!

Has this happened before? Are any other users having the same problem?

Would you be able to find out the Automation Component Version that's being used?

I notice that restarting the SOS service on the servers helps (thought the issue may be deeper than this)... at least in my situation.

If it happens again, then just come back and answer the questions and we'll pick up from there. If it doesn't happen again, then I wouldn't worry.
