store data in working folder under Linux commandline client

Post by blutsauger » Mon Jan 29, 2007 5:39 pm

I'm using mono for vault under Linux with commandline but encounter following problem:

I tdesperately try to do a 'GET' and store the local caching data under the '_sgvault' directory (or whatever its called) inside my checked-out directory.
The commandline I used was:
vault get -workingfolder myproject -repository myproject \$/

I get the 'myproject' repository checked out into the 'myproject' directory, but the caching/administrative files still seem to reside under
~/.config/SourceGear/Vault_1/Client/<hash>
I also found the ~/.config/SourceGear/Vault_1/Client/settings.xml file where I try to set the XML tag StoreDataInWorkingFolders to 'True' which didn't help.

Since the documentation does not mention how to enable this 'store local data' flag with the commandline I'm not sure how that might work?

Thanks for any advice,

Alex.

Sorry, only the default location for _sgvault is available.

I'll log a feature request for the ability to configure this.
