Missing Folders

Hello:

I can create a new folder in Vault but when I log back in, the folder does not appear in the folder list. If I try to create it again I get an error: An item with the same name or object id already exists in the selected folder. Is this a known bug?

I am on version 3.5.1.4786

This could be either a cache issue or permissions. Could you first try to Clear your Client Side Cache? I just usually remove everything below Vault_1 if it's small. Then reopen Vault and see if you see your folder then.
