"Store working folder data inside folders" checkbo

I am on 3.1.9, and in the Tools->Options dialog (General section), the checkbox from the above subject line is missing in the UI of my client. There are others missing also, that should be there, according to the help file installed alongside 3.1.9. The user is an admin. I can't find anything in the Admin Tool to enable this in the Vault Client. See attached screenshot.

I am creating a build, so I need to be able the put the _sgvault directories elsewhere, so I can wipe the directory before syncing each time.

Can someone clue me in as to why this option is missing in my UI? Or, how I can adjust this setting?

What you are looking for can be found in Tools - Options - Local Files-Cache/Backup locations.
