No source control menus within Visual Studio

First, make sure to make Vault your default source code control provider through the Vault GUI Client under Tools->Options->General.

In Visual Studio 2005, 2008 or 2010, select Vault as your source control plugin under Tools->Options->Source Control. If you don't see a section for Source Control, then click the check box at the bottom of the options windows to show all options.

If you still don't see source control menus in Visual Studio, you may be using the Express or standalone version of Visual Studio that does not support source control integration:
