Vault Client Diagnostic tool crashing

We're using Vault 3.1.9. I have tried both versions of the client diagnostic tool and both crash on startup with the exception:

An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileLoadException' occurred in Unknown Module.

Additional information: Could not load file or assembly 'VaultClientUILib, Version=1.1.xxxx.xxxxx, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Does the tool only work with the specific versions it was built for? ie. 2.0 or 3.5? or is something else going on here. Tool is in the vault client directory.

This tool was built for Vault 1.1 and may work for 2.0. It hasn't been updated to work with Vault 3.x.

I've edited the info to clarify this.

Are you having a problem that you hoped the tool woul help with?

The 2nd version of the tool says its for 3.5. Is this correct?
