Post by rradhakrishnan » Mon Dec 04, 2006 4:36 pm

We are using Sourceoffsite 4.2 client and when I do get based on a label it retrieves nothing. On the server log.txt file I get this:

"

12/4/2006 5:35:00 PM - 7: Version not found (8004d689)
"

The following is our server info as in the log:

What version of the automation component are you using? More information on finding that can be found here: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=1510.

Can you send increase the server logging to verbose and add method (more info here: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=463), reproduce the error, and then send your server log to support at sourcegear.com (Attn: Beth) and reference this post?
