Error messages in sgvault log.

We are using vault version 3.5.1.4786.

We see a lot of error messages in sgvault server log related to deletion.

Here is one of the log message. Similar message is logged frequently in the the server log (atleast ~10-20 a day).

Also I am not sure whether it has something to do with delete, since I saw a similar message when I was logged in as admin and I did not delete any file.

Can anyone tell us why we have these log messages?

I have seen this happen when sessions are exited incorrectly, and the connection is hanging around. Try an IIS reset and see if those errors stop occurring.
