Could not apply delta

I am getting the error message "Could not apply the delta" when trying to check in some files. I have tried it through the IDE and with the GUI client. I have tried checking in individual files and all of them at the same time. I recently added a Label to the folder but I have checked out the files from the original folder. Please help, I can't get these files back into Vault.

The error in the messages pane should mention the specific file that's causing the error. This knowledge base article describes the Client Diagnostics Tool (and provides a link to download it). You'll want to follow the instructions for the "Validate Cached Versions" command for the file causing the error.

Does this file fail the CRC check?

It is magically fixed today. I spent an hour yesterday just trying to check in these files and I just tried again and it works. A bit frustrating but I am glad I got the files checked in.

Also the link in your post was broken. I would still like to take a look at the diagnostic in case this happens again.
