I recently upgraded my Vault from 3.1 to 3.5 and when I use the Vault Admin Tool, it says Error: upgrade required. And my users can't use the system.
What have I done wrong, the Serial numbers are the most recent valid serial numbers. Help.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I was trying to upgrade my licenses here: https://store.sourcegear.com/sgstore/va ... grade.aspx
without the dashes in the licenses. When I was viewing my 3.1.x licenses from the Admin tool it removed the dashes. I was trying to just copy and paste the new licenses in to the upgrade page.

For users who are upgrading:when I use the Vault Admin Tool, it says Error: upgrade required.
Vault 3.5 is a major upgrade; Vault 3.1.x licenses don't work in Vault 3.5. If you have a current Gold Support subscription, you can upgrade at no cost at this link:
