Crash in SCC Integration on particular computer

On one of our clients when we try to open the SCC Integration screen vaultide.dll crashes with exception 0xc0000005.
Any ideas how we can diagnose the cause of this?
We've tried reinstalling Vault Client

Incidentally, the vault program loads fine. Its just the SCC add-in we have trouble with

What are you trying to integrate with?

Access 2003, which I know you don't support, but VB6 crashes also.

The difference between this machine and the rest is this didn't have automatic windows updates. Updating .net framework 1.1 via windows update fixed it.
