Error using Folder Import/Export tool

I am encountering an error doing a Folder Export, I tried it with both 3.5 and 3.5.1. When I run on a certain folder, I get an error saying "An error occurred downloading one of the deltas" followed by an ID # and the user.

I ran a CheckDB on the database and it passed, so is there any way to get past this?

I'm getting the same problem. The message "An error occurred downloading one of the deltas for (TxID: 21819 on 08/08/2006 15:09 by Leem01 [3]). The export cannot continue". See attachment for app and error screenshot.

The export file size was in the default location and had got up to just over 25MB in size.

This is causing us real problems as we are trying to restructure our ever growing respository into several smaller ones!

There may be inconsistencies in the Vault database that are now apparent when the Export\Import tries to recreate Vault history.

Could each of you send me the export log, plus the Vault Server log that covers the time period of the export attempt? Email them to support@sourcegear.com, ATTN: Linda

I've tried running the export on the actual Vault application server (which serves the Vault service) using "localhost" as the server name and it has run successfully!

Will try some other large exports to test if consistent.
