Server unavailable for transaction end

I am unable to add or create any new folders or files. Below is an example of the messages displayed upon folder creation.

[4/20/2004 1:42:59 PM] Server unavailable for transaction end
[4/20/2004 1:42:59 PM] Transaction failed

Have you looked at you Vault server log? It may have a hint. It's located in c:\windows\temp\sgvault by default.
