I am getting "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".
Im logged in as admin, added a key for enabling msi, checked all permissions.
Baffled.
Windows 2003. I spent about two hours Googling and browsing through every snapin for MMC.

Which version of Vault are you attempting to install?
At what point in the installation are you receiving the error?
Is this a fresh install, an upgrade, or this just began after you had been up and running for a while?
