I was receiving an error that wasn't allowing my users to sign in to the SourceGear Vault client so I went into the admin tool and saw under the info column in the license tab: "Error: Upgrade Required". The license is permanent so it hasn't expired.
I tried upgrading to the latest version, but I'm still seeing the error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
