Error: Upgrade Required

I was receiving an error that wasn't allowing my users to sign in to the SourceGear Vault client so I went into the admin tool and saw under the info column in the license tab: "Error: Upgrade Required". The license is permanent so it hasn't expired.

I tried upgrading to the latest version, but I'm still seeing the error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you send an email to sgstore at sourcegear.com to check on your licenses? They will need more information so your account can be looked up, and I'm sure you wouldn't want to post all of that here.
