Split repository history preservation

Hi, I have a fairly large repository (75000 files, 1-2GB) and have made the decision to split this up into several smaller repositories to improve performance. I'd like to preserve the transaction history for the code base, is there any way this can be achieved?

Yes. The latest version of Vault (3.5) has an Export\Import Tool which allows you to export items from one repository and import them into another. The tool exports and imports history along with folders/files.
