Please help !
SourceOffSite client crashes when recursively receiving files from a previous label.

If you need the code address of the crash please specify.

It seems to always crash at the same file, an .ico.

Truncate

I also found a case when it truncates files (retrieved the same way - using a Get label on project history).

This is terrible ! Please help!

Sorry your post wasn't seen. It looked answered.

Can you send a sever log with the times that the issue happened or recreate the issue and send that part of the log? SourceOffSite log file (log.txt) is located on the machine where the SOS server resides. You may wish to step up the logging level as well and add method logging. See this article for details: ttp://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=463 You can either send the log through the private option here or send an email to beth at sourcegear.com and reference this post.

Please include in your post more details about exactly what you were doing at the time. You can feel free to include screenshots or errors.
