SourceGear,
I think we've talked about this before, but really strange things are happening when I attempt to change file or directory structures within VS 2005 with Vault 3.5. The following doesn't seem to work:
Move a file: The old file remains with the history, a new file is created with no history, resulting in duplicates
Rename a folder: Old folder remains with old files, new copy is created
Move a folder: Same thing happens
Do you all know about this? Is this a VS 2005 limitation? My understanding was that Microsoft upgraded the SCC API to be able to deal with this... thoughts?
Moves & Renames in VS 2005

Vault 3.5 does not contain support for moves and renames according to MSSCCI 1.3. The fix will be available in an upcoming Vault 3.5.1 release.
Unfortunately, the only viable work-around is to use the Vault GUI client for these operations, and then modify the project file to match.

Note - This enhancement is not included in the current Vault 3.5.1 release - which was quickly released to address a problem with Date Time synchronization and a Visual Studio Dialog problem.
The enhancement will be in a more inclusive Vault 3.5 maintenance release which should be out later this year.
