VS check in does not check in assignment of bug in dragnet

I opened a project in visual studio via File->Source Control-> Open via Source Control. Got the latest version of the project. Changed a file and tried to check in. I assinged it a bug ID (Dragnet). The bug is closed but the file remains check out. The option "always keep files checked out" is not selected. Does anybody have an idea. (run on x64)
