Cannot use new repository

I have installed the client and server, and I made 3 repositories. I can long on and choose a repository, but I cannot add files or folder to it.

here is the error messasge that I get

I have restarted IIS, checked permissions on sql. Sql is 2000
What should I do?

Have you tried the same transaction from another client?

Also, could you send your Vault Server Log? If you don't wish to post it here, just send it to beth at sourcegear.com and reference this forum post.

The error message "Failed to load Msxml2.dll" is a known problem.
