I need to move SOS 3.5 server to a different machine

What's the procedure for relocating a SOS 3.5 server install to a different machine? Do I need to move the temp directory after doing the initial install? Should I just copy the sossvr.prp file from the old install over the top of the new install?

Install the 3.5.3 Server on the new machine. You can copy over the sossvr.prp file with the one from the original machine, but check to make sure the paths to your databases and other relative values are still correct. Also, if the machine name/IP is different and you're using encryption, you'll need to create new user encryption keys.

Note: SOS 3.5.3 Server is not fully supported on Windows 2003 Server or other OS releases that don't have the Java Virtual Machine.
