Keep checked out behaviour of unmodified files

Scenario: I have 10 files checked out. I modify 4 of those files. I then click on the Commit button and check the Keep checked out box. I then click on OK.

If Options/Check In is set to Undo Check out, only the 4 modified files are checked out after the transactions complete.

if Options/Check In is set to Check In, then all 10 files are checked out after the transaction completes. However I now have 6 new versions of unmodified files in the repository.

SourceSafe's response is to undo the checkout of the unmodified files AND to recheckout those unmodified files.

Is there a way to get Vault to duplicate this behavior or if not can I make a feature request?
