Hi,
I'm posting this in the forum as I've been receiving bounced mails from 'goldsupport@sourcegear.com', so I'm not sure if the email was received.
I’m a current user of the vault v3.1.6 & I have 10 vault user licenses & 10 vault gold subscriptions, expiring next year.
I’m currently trying to upgrade to v3.5.0 & am using the following url to upgrade the serials

However, I keep facing this error.
Error: You need 10 current Gold Support subscriptions to perform this upgrade. The Gold Support serial numbers you have provided correspond to 0 subscriptions.
FYI, I’ve been to

to decode the gold serial, & it says the serial has 10 counts.
Please expedite & advice
