Users exceed currently available licenses

Post by pipeme » Thu Jul 27, 2006 2:08 am

I downloaded the trial version of the latest Vault. I was emailed the demo serial number for it which I assume allows 10 active users?

Problem is, if I add even 1 user more than the inbuilt admin user I get a message stating that "the number of active users exceeds the number of currently available licenses. logins will be disabled......"

Am I incorrect in my assumption that the demo license key allows 10 users?

It's possible the demo serial number link on our website is still issuing Vault 3.1 licenses, which don't work in Vault 3.5.

You can decode your serial number here:

If it's the wrong version, contact sgstore@sourcegear.com for a 3.5 demo serial number.

You're right! The serial is for 3.1. I will email for a new one.

Thanks
