History Explorer 'scroll bar'?

Hi,
The History Explorer displays besides the normal scroll-bar another blue 'scroll bar', which is not clickable and seems to show the same 'information' as the normal scroll bar. What is its purpose?

The right hand side of history is an virtual scroll indicator of how many rows have yet to be retrieved from history.

For example, if you use the Vault options to set your History to return in groups of 3, and a history query produces 9 history items, the right hand rectangle will indicate you have not yet retrieved all 9 history items.
