BUG: Client restores position wrong with taskbar on the left

So I'm strange, and I keep my taskbar on the left. Everytime I start the vault client (now on version 3.1.9) it moves over the width of my taskbar to the right.

It also moves down if your taskbar is on the top.

All of the dialogs appear to do the same thing.

Sounds like a screen vs desktop client area coordinate problem.
